my son has a lesion on his back - after swab results are: component: gram stain result. value: 2+ epithelial cells, 2+ white blood cells, 2+ gram positive cocci - flag component: report value: heavy growth normal skin flora isolated -flag what is this? thanks much

It means your son has got infection, from description most likely bacteria, streptococcus, Depending on the severity and extent of infection take oral and topical antibiotics
