What Causes Chronic Flatulence?

Hi, I have chronic flatulence that occurs every time I'm seated in a vehicle during a bumpy ride. A sputum sample showed that i have gram negative cocci, bacilli and gram positive cocci. I also have a gallstone measuring 1.53cm. What could be the cause of this flatulence. How can it be treated?
