What Does Sonogrpahy As Intrauterine Gestational Sac Suggest?

my wife having sonography report says?Hi my wife having sonography report .the report says *single intrauterine gestational sac measuring 9 mm is seen. *Yolk sac and fetal pole have not yet appeared. GA By GSD approx 04W 05D. *chorio decidual reaction is normal. *No Subchorionic bleed is seen. *Cervix is normal. Os appears closed. *Both ovary are normal.is it mean?
