What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Result During Pregnancy Indicate?

My wife underwent pelvic usg. The report shows two intrauterine gestational sac noted in upper uterine cavity. Gestational sac 1 shows a single live embryo within it. Gestational sac 2 is irregular showing no obvious evidence of yolk sac / fetal pole . Turgescenc of gestational sac 2 is lost. It also says Choriodecidual reaction is poor. I want to know if the report is okay or not ?

The ultrasound report you mentioned states that " there was twin pregnancy. Fetus(baby is termed as fetus before delivery) 1 show positive heart activity and is viable BUT fetus 2 does not show any such activity and features of fetus 2 are suggestive of missed abortion."
The report can only be authenticated by performing ultrasound. One can not tel without doing scan. If you have n doubt then you can visit another ultrasonologist for re-scan and confirmation.
