What Does "bulky Uterus With Normal Myometrial Echotexture/no Myoma Seen" Mean?

Hello, doc. My wife has gone for ultrasound on six weeks and two days of pregnency, as said in the ultrasound report. It is said that a well defined rounded fundal implantation intra uterine gestational sac is seen. But, no definite viable embryo is seen. Further, it is stated that a well defined yolk sac is noted. The report also says that MSD: 1.92 cm: corresponding to 6 weeks and 2 days and uterus is bulky with normal myometrial echotexture and no myoma is seen. Please help me in understanding these statements of the report. My wife is 27 years old and has 62 kg of weight.

Hello

Ultrasound findings also confirms pregnancy.
Uterus is enlarged in size and there is a well defined gestational sac in fundal region of uterus.
Yolk sac is visualized but there is no fetal pole in present study. You may need repeat ultrasound after 10 days and serial beta HCG estimation.

Other findings are normal. There is no fibroid(benign tumour) etc in uterus.

Get well soon.
Take Care
