What Does My Transvaginal Ultrasound Suggest?
can you help me analyze my transvaginal ultrasound result, here s the details: the anteverted uterus measures 5.4 x 4.1 x 2.7 cm (LWH). A 1.0 x 1.6 x 1.2 cm (LWH) anterior fundal myoma is present. The rest of the echopattern is homogeneous and contours are regular with no other focal mass lesion seen. The endometrial stripe is echogenic and measures 0.6 cm. The cervix is not unusual. The right ovary measures 2.3 x 2.1 x 1.5 cm (LWH) while the left ovary measures 2.7 x 1.5 x 1.5 cm (LW). No adnexal mass lesion is noted. the posterior cul-de-sac is unremarkable. small uterine myoma. normal ovaries. Thank you very much.

Hi,
The report is quite normal except for a small fibroid which is not much to worry about if your periods are regular and the flow is normal and you have no pain abdomen. All other findings are normal, the fibroid size is very small. If you have the above symptoms we can try medical method of treatment.
