What Does My Chest X-ray Report Suggest?

I had a bike accident 10 days ago. Got some face injury.. I was feeling pain on my left part of the chest. got an xray.. The x-ray report tells as follows..

Both lungs fields and sotophrenic angles are clear.
The heart is normal in size.
Both domes of diaphragm appear normal.
The bony cage undervision appears normal.
There is evidence of large cervical rib on the left..

Is everything okay..? Is there something to take care of..?

Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
You had blunt chest trauma due to accident.
But no need to worry at all because your chest x ray is normal.
No evidence of any rib fracture, pneumothorax, pulmonary contusions etc, which are common after blunt chest trauma.
Your left sided chest pain is mostly due to muscular injury.
So better to avoid heavyweight lifting, strenuous exercise. Avoid bad posture and movements in sleep. Start painkiller and muscle relaxant. Apply warm water pad on affected site.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
