What Does My Urine Tests Reveal?

Dear sir,
i hope you are doing fine...
well DR . i was having sampsone past 5 yrs ...and i didt do a blod test .....
well just 6 months back i went to Thiland and i made a check up for a blod test in a bery reputed hospital in Thiland Bankok hospital .
they have found Negative...and they are as following : (and i have made another test also called Western Blot result and Stools Exam )

HBs ag : NEG; AntiHBs : POS ( 82 mIU/ml), AntiHCV: NEG;
VDRL ( RPR ) : Non-Reactive;
TPHA : Non-Reactive;
Crypto antigen ( Serum ) : NEGATIVE.
HIV 1 / HIV 2 Antibody ( ECLIA ) : NEGATIVE
CD4 blood cells : 616 / mm3 ( 43.89 % ): very high count as normal pattern.

Urine / Analysis : SG/pH: 1.015/8.0, PrGlKeBiUrNi: NEG, R/W/E: 0-1 c/HPF
Chest X-Ray : Within Normal Limits.
on 30.10.09.:
Stools Analysis : Color: Yellow, Appearance: Soft, WBC: 0-1 cells/HPF, RBC: NOT found, Parasites : NOT found, Fungus : NOT found, Occult Blood : NEGATIVE; Blastocystis Hominis : NOT found;
Western Blot & Stools Exam Tests
Results of Blood Test 30 Oct. 2009 in BHP ( HN # 02-09-039.901 ) came back :
Hb typing : type A2A: MCV: 66.9; OF:NEG; IB:NEG; HbA:96.7%; HbA2: 3.30 %;
not rule out AlphaThalassemia / PCR methodâ?¦;
Western Blot result : NEGATIVE ( gp160, gp120, p66, p55, p51, gp41, p31, p24, p17 : No Band;
WB HIV-2: No Band;
besides Stools Exam.: Yellow, soft, R/W:0/0-1, Parasite/Fungus/Blastocytis H.: NOT seen, Occult Blood: NEG;

this is from the Dr Comments :
Confirmation by NEGATIVE Western Blot that you do NOT have any HIV Infection presently
what he mean by presently????
please advice do i need to make another test ????

The interpretation of your reports is as follows:
The HbsAg, HCV and HIV tests are non-reactive.
It is confirmed by western blot test that HIV infection is not present.
The urine and stool examination are all within normal limits and nothing abnormal is detected.
Thus, there is nothing to worry.
Every thing is normal and within normal limits.
