What Does My USG Report Suggest?

Hi,

I had a to undergo MTP following non-visibility of fetal poles even after 7 weeks. Following are highlights of transvaginal sonography of pelvis done 2 weeks after taking MTP tablets.
- Echogenic focus of size 14.5X8.6 mm seen in cavity seggesting POCs.
- Endometrial thickness measured 11.2mm
- Both ovaries appear bulky with excessive stroma.
- Multiple small sized follicles arranged peripherally
- Free fluid is seen in POD.

I would like to know what does all this mean? Also, how much trouble is it going to create when planning to conceive next time (i know this is going to create some issue, but just want to know the extent).

Thanks

this is because of incomplete expulsion of products of conception.
you need D&C to remove this products. some time vaginal misopristol itself expel the products.
if it get infected it produce bleeding and PID.IT MAY PRODUCE infertility in future.
consult your gynaecologist to clear this.
