Hello and welcome to HCM,
There is fluid collection in the pouch of Doughlas or cul de sac during ovulation.
The fluid can also be present in cases of pelvic inflammatory diseases.
A nodular foci in the uterus may be indicative of fibroid or some other lesion of the uterus.
Cystic structures are seen in bilateral ovaries.
Cystic structures are common in ovaries and they represent developing follicles.
These follicles are responsible for development of ovum.
After ovulation, the follicle undergoes degenerative change and forms corpus luteum and corpus albicans.
These are normal structures of ovary and there is nothing to worry about them.
Thanks and take care
