Hi,

Retroverted uterus means the position of the uterus in relationship with the body axis. It has slightly turned backwards In other words. Bulky uterus means there is mild increase in size of the uterus. But the uterine measurement for you shows only slight enlargement. Endometrium is absolutely normal. Those hypoechoic area in the uterus could be due to fibroid which is small in size. I would advise you to recheck it after 6 months by scan.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
