Hello and welcome to HCM,
Deviated nasal septum refers to presence of nasal septum or partition between two nostrils which is deviated from its normal position.
The deviated partition has a spur or bone outgrowth which is pressing upon the lateral wall of the nostril.
The mucosal covering over the nasal mucosa is thickened which is secondary to the deviated septum.
Surgery is the management of deviated nasal septum.
Thus, you need to consult an ENT specialist for management of the deviated nasal septum.

Thanks and take care
