Hello
Thanks for writing to us

According to reports, you are suffering from changes of chronic sinusitis.
Chronic sinusitis leads to formation of polyps in right maxillary sinus which is blocking ostium(opening)of right maxillary sinus.Haziness of right maxillary sinus is due to presence of polyps.
You may need polypectomy(removal of polyp).

In chronic sinusitis, patient also generally need steroid inhaler therapy for longer remission,so you should consult ENT specialist.
Other findings like bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy is also related to chronic sinusitis.

Get well soon.
