Suggest Treatment For Pain On Opening Mouth And Severe Headaches

My Mother s CT Scan report shows the following :- 1. Lacurna infarct seen in left lentiform nucleus with age related celebral atrophy. (2) right maxillary and anterior ethmoid sinusistis. (3) Right sided otis media. She is suffering from severe headaches, cannot open her mouth properly to eat. An ENT doctor reported that a bone tissue was severely worn out due to which she is getting headache and also has problem open her mouth. She does not have diabetics. Kindly advise in detail and the right treatment.

Dear May be she developed trismis, secondary to temporomandibular joint osteo arthritis or any oral pathology like angular stomatitis, submucosal fibrosis, or systemic sclerosis etc.. May be sinusitis is the cause for her head ache. Use water vapor inhalation, tab Alday DC twice a day, tab. Vit a and B complex etc help fula, tab. Naprosyn 250 twice a day . Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions please feel free to ask me.
