Hi,

According to your description there is a 7.5 X 7.5 X 10 cms fibroid present at the fundus of the uterus.
-Spots of calcification and cystic degeneration shows that fibroid is outgrowing its blood supply.
-The IV contrast administration also helps to find out the extent of blood supply.
-No invasion or metastasis means less likely to be malignant.

So, ultrasound showing a large fibroid with degenerative changes which is less likely to be malignant.
If the fibroid is symptomatic like presenting with excessive blood loss during periods along with severe pain etc, you may need to go for surgical management.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sree Gouri S. R., OBGYN
