What Does X Ray Result Mean?

hi I want to know what this means I fell down some stairs and xray results are confusing. left knee 4 mm density projecting within the lower lobe knee joint is only seen on the frontal projection perhaps artifact.give Boonton bearing lumbar type vertebrae

The 4 mm density is most likely an artifact that is seen in the image. Artifact is an undesirable structure or substance not normally present but produced by an external agent or action and not connected to your knee injury. It may be due to technical reasons while taking the X ray. Your X ray is normal otherwise.
