Hello
In my opinion, your urine analysis indicates a possible urinary tract infection. RBCs are usually not present in urine. Appearance of RBCs along with pus cells and moderate bacteriuria are pointers of bacterial infection which warrants further investigations like urine culture sensitivity for appropriate antibiotic treatment. All these findings need a correlation with clinical symptoms. Do consult your doctor at the earliest for further management.
Hope I have answered your query.
