What Does This Urine Test Report Indicate?

Hi Below is my urine test result. MICROSCOPY (Flow cytometry) RBCs 13 RBC s/HPF 0-2 RBC s/HPF WBC (Pus Cells) NIL Cells/HPF 0-5 Cells/HPF Epithelial Cells NIL /hpf OCC /hpf Casts NIL /HPF OCC HYALINE CAST /HPF URI Bacilli 1 /hpf Crystals NIL NIL/hpf URI Yeast Cells NIL /hpf NIL /hpf Small Round Cells NIL /hpf OCC CELLS /hpf Pathological Cast NIL /hpf NIL /hpf Since RBC count is more, I am worried. Could you please answer what could be reason and next step ?

Hello,

You are having many red blood cells in urine which should be none. Also you have done white blood cells. Possibly, you are having kidney stones and infection too.

You should do an uroculture to see which type of antibiotic is suitable for you. Also, do an ultrasound to see if there is a stone and where is localized it.
