What Does Prolactin Level Of 200 & T3 & T4 Levels Being 0.69 & 40 Suggest?

My wife age is 32 years with weight 68 kg. Her t3 & t4 levels are respectively 0.69 & 40. Her tsh level 60. Her prolactin level is 200. Taking solian 100 mg for the past few months.The doctor prescribed thronorm 100 and throwell. Please advise as we are planning for a baby

Hello,

You have to plan pregnancy after your TSH and prolactin level becomes normal because it is on very higher side.do your MRI brain to rule out pituitary adenoma as well.
