What Doe Rubella Test Results Mean?

Hello

My wife is aged 25 and she is over 2 months pregnant. The doctor conducted rubella igG test and the result is 321.0 positive and rubella IgM result is negative 0.55. What does this mean? It is our first successful pregnancy. Last time 6 months ago my wife conceived but within a month it was aborted dut to it being corneo ectopic pregnancy.... My email address is YYYY@YYYY

You dont need to worry because your wife is not infected and she poses no risk for her pregnancy.
IgG positive means that she has passed rubella infection.
