What Could Severe Esophageal And Chest Pain Indicate?

I have started with esophageal pain with chest pain while eating. Then just drinking water. The pain now travels thru my esophagus with chest pain to pain at the LES then stomach and thru my intestines causing me to double over in pain on my left intestinal side and left back area. What is wrong with me.

Thank you for your query.

looks like "intermittent muscle spasm".

more history would aid in giving a more detailed reply.

is pain continuous OR intermittent?
is pain dull or burning or any other feature?
is pain ONLY related to eating OR drinking especially Cold beverages?
does pain subside itself?
