Hi,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Firstly, I would like to know why Astanol and Isoxsuprine are being given when you are trying to conceive. If estrogen is being given to promote endometrial growth, it is better avoided in the post-ovulatory phase. If you have not received your period two weeks after ovulation, you can go for HPT 3-7 days later or get an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres ten days after ovulation to confirm/exclude pregnancy. A trans-vaginal sonogram will help further. Hope this helps.
