I have soreness in the bone of my left foot. By my little toe, is just constant pain/numbness, and on my heel is just a small area that FEELS like a huge blister, but there s nothing there. My shoulders are in constant pain. One night it will be my left, the next night maybe the left. I get numbness in my fingers. One night, my arms felt like they were on fire. Putting ice on my shoulders at night helps me sleep, however I have to sleep sitting up or my shoulders hurt. I also had pain in my knee, but it seems to have gone away. I m 63, 5 7 . 137lbs. I WAS active until I got this. I ve been to a chiropractor a few times, which helped a little. Very little change to my left foot. I eat good food. Drink a little alcohol and do not smoke. I take no medications. Vit D and E are all.
