What Could Cause Premature Atrial Contractions?

I am a 54 year old female who is experiencing premature atrial contractions. I have recently been diagnosed with gerd. I am on axid for gerd as protonix was making my heart race more. I am on 120 mg of cardizem for heart. I feel very hyper and anxious upon waking up and also weak. Is this common? I just dont feel like myself.

OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You have to maintain your diet. Drink cold milk. Have lots of salad. Eat frequently and moderate amount of food. Don’t have caffeine content. Have burn reliving syrup at time of symptom. Do not stress. Don’t eat spicy and oily food.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Richa Agarwal, OBGYN
