General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,
Fever, fatigue and is usually due to an urinary tract infection. It can be associated with frequent urination with burning sensation. It can be confirmed by urine routine examination and treated with antibiotics and paracetamol.I usually add antiemetics and anti-colic agents to my patients.
If the fever was there for few days, and you have a very poor apatite we have to rule out other conditions like hepatitis also.Your doctor will guide you.
Meanwhile, drink enough fluids-in SMALL but frequent sips.
Wishing you a faster cure.Thank you.
