What Could Cause Breast Tenderness,cramping & Lump In Uterus?

Hello. I am 22 years old. I had unprotected sex on the 23 rd of this month and took Plan B on the 25. Since then I've had breast tenderness, sharp cramping, and I noticed a long lump in my uterus area. My last period was back on the 3rd

hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum.We can't tell exact cause for your symptoms without examination.As breast tenderness & cramps are premenstrual symptoms also.so You might get these before your periods.you are telling about lump in uterus that nobody can tel without doing ultrasound report.So better you consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.take care.
