What Could Cause Abnormal Menstrual Bleed?

Dear Dr., I have been taking premalute N after a D & C for about 20 days. On 10th day I got bleeding and was heavy and continuous. My VOG said I have taken premalute more than required which has caused cyst in one of the overies. Then she gave me duphaston. I took for five dys. But my bleeding didn t stop. Then did a transvaginal scan she said there could be a little polyp or dammage in the uterus lining. She gave me three kinds of antibiotics. I am scared to take all these tablets. Please help me.
