What Could Be The Reason For Having A Throbbing Dizzy Head?

I am suffering from a throbbing dizzy head which I have had for the past 2 days. I have recently started taking some beta blockers for a fasr pulse rate. I am on other medications for rheumatoid arthritis, depression and anxiety, but have been on all of these long term

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Betablockers can cause a fall in BP and as you are on these drugs only recently get your BP examined. Its possible that there is a fall in BP manifesting as dizziness and headache.
