What Could Be Pain In The Scar Which Was Formed Due To The Appendix Surgery Few Years Ago?

I had my appendix taken out a few years ago and just recently I've been getting this horrible pain exactly where the scar is from the surgery and it feels just like it did right before I had the surgery, in the way of pain. It's unbearable and it feels as if it's still inside it hurts so bad. What could it be ?

Sometimes a nerve gets entrapped in the appendix scar and this causes pain or there can be an adhesion of your intestine with the scar. Do you have any other symptoms beside pain as constipation, vomiting or diarrhea?
