Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be an infection, or abnormal nerve activity like the irritable bowel syndrome.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ranitidine, lactic acid bacilli, and loperamide if there is frequency.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have good health and resistance.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
