What Causes The Coughing Of Black Specks With Phlegm?

i just found out that i have mycoplasma in my lungs the doctor gave me doxclyine to treat it i have been sick for a few years with this and no one caught it so now i am being treated for it i thought it was just cause i quit smoking but its been three years now since i quit for the last month every time i stand up i get like pressure in my head andt then it goes away a few seconds after its like that feeling when you stand up to fast but it happens every time i stand it sucks....yesterday i started coughing up little black specks with phelm is this an emergency or can i wait to go to the doctor in the morning?

It is better to go for the Doctor now and get the sputum checked for the cause of black specks, whether due to smoking, mycoplasms or altered blood that is hemoptysis. CT scan of the chest is very important investigations that can further add on the proper diagnosis. Brochoscopy and an opinion of a Pulmonologist is most valued in such an instance. Go for all these things as soon as possible and never start smoking. Keep away for the instigating factors and things that enhance the problems.
