within the last week or two my left leg is slightly swollen from the knee on down, the lower shin area has some minor pain and when I press down on the skin, the pressure point takes a little bit to return to normal it also stays white longer, not like pushing down on soft skin and have it bounce back/return to normal and the white area where you pushed returns to normal fast. i suffer from severe anxiety and depression and agorophobia then medication I took for a long time help put a lot of weight on me withing the last year I quit smoking, stopped regular pop, and most recently changed what I eat to more vegetable heavy and salads and diet pop.
