What Causes Stomach Pain, Vomiting And Fever?
24 yrs.old 5'8 tall and 70kg..my friend mention to me that his stomach is pain,and suddenlly he vomit..after that he got fever..when he consult a doctor yesterday..they prescribe this carbon compound,,loperamide and ace tablet,,i want to know what illness my friend have.thank u..

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms and the history could be suggestive of intestine infection it could be bacterial or protozoa or both together.
If the load of causative organism is low then it may be self limiting condition may not needs any treatments, to check the diarrhea with Lopamide is not advisable because it may cause the paralytic ilium, just a care need to be taken for dehydration.
