Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Swelling in this region, could be related to increased venous pressure. Anyway, considering the increased sneezing, I would recommend performing some allergy tests and a sinus X-ray study for possible sinus infection. A Doppler ultrasound of the neck vessels would help examine the blood flow in them.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
