What Causes Severe Back Pain And Spinal Tuberculosis?

my sister is 39 years old and got admitted to park clinic in kolkata with seviour back pain even after doing number to tests...doctors could not find out whats wrong...now my sister left leg is getting paralysis..finding no results doctors started giving medications for spinal tuberculosis...finally staying in the clinic for the 2 weeks with no results ..doctor advice to take my sister home......please if anyone can help advice what next

A spinal cord MRI with and without intravenous contrast and with vascular protocol is necessary for a correct diagnosis. Spinal arteriovenous fistula for example may be a possible explanation for these symptoms. Discuss with a neurologist for these issues.
