Brief Answer:
As per the Doctor's suggestions.

Detailed Answer:
Namaskar !

This is a great news that the ESR is reduced and Your Doctor is finding the improvement well.

Spinal tuberculosis with diabetes is very difficult to treat. This is a part of the extra-pulmonary tuberculosis and the treatment is decided by the treating Doctor as per the books as well as His/ Her personal experience.
Tuberculosis with diabetes and other medical problems is a dreaded disease.

Obviously the nest steps will to continue treatment to complete the course of total 6 to 9 months.

IT looks all great as per your history so I would request you to continue treatment as per you present Doctor.

Please see that the patient does not miss a single dose.
Diabetes has to be very well under control.
High protein diet, multi-vitamins, least possible stress all add to the positive outcome.
