What Causes Recurrent Hard Palate Ulcer In A Gay Who Had Oral Sex With Multiple Partners?
I have recurrent hard palate ulcers.it starts as blebs which last for 1-2 days following which there in breaking open of d blebs n ulcerations.these are painful ulcers and last for 3-4 days.i m gay n had oral sex with multiple partners.kindly suggest me the probable causes and the treatment if possible.can it be herpes?

ulcers which you are describing seems to be apthous ulcer.
firstly i will suggest you to visit dentist at the time you are having ulcer in mouth if they are recurrent.
ulcer which you are describe didn't seems to be herpes infection.
meanwhile for ulcer,
keep good oral hygiene.
wash your mouth everytime after having oral sex.
you can apply Zytee on oral ulcers 3-4 types a day and if they are painful while eating then you can apply mucopain before food.
