What Causes Raised Heart Beats As The Day Goes By?
My resting heartbeat rises as the day goes by. In the morning it is around 70-75/minute and. goes up to around 100/minute and sometimes even exceeds. Blood pressure is almost normal. I am 64 yrs old,60 kg.by weight. I am not on any medicine and wish to treat it without medicine. Pl. advise. Thanks.
