What Causes Pulling Sensation And Pain In Head?

diagnosed with occ neuralgia, had greater and lesser nerves removed in april, headaches are gone from that but now have pulling sensation and pain in the top part of head, just had sx again to remove any scar tissue from first sx, second procedure did nothing, any suggestions? don't want to pay unless neurologist, been thru it all, all the drugs, 2 surgeries, giving up

Your symptoms could be related to tension type headache, probably related to the scar tissues.
Chronic degeneration of the cervical column could also trigger such pain.

Anyway, considering your past medical history, I would recommend trying amitriptyline for the chronic management of your headache.
