What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Navel Area With Diarrhea?

I have had chronic diarrhea for 4 weeks. I have not been over seas, am not lactose intolerant. My pain is in the lower abdomen and left side of the naval. Every time I eat I am in the bathroom in 20-30 minutes and it is all water. I have an appointment tomorrow but am curious what it could be, I have no fever.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the hisdiary of chronic diarrhea for 4 weeks wherein you have to visit bathroom after food, have watery diarrhea, pain in abdomen as explained.
This can be due to gram negative intestinal infection.
I would advise you to have tests of stool, blood and urine
Ultrasound of whole abdomen.
A cource of an antibiotic, probiotics and antispasmodic.
This will give you proper diagnosis and treatment.
