What Causes Pain In The Abdomen & Blood In Stools?

For the past few days my stomach has been growling and I have been nauseous. I haven't been able to poop, but I finally did today and I had really bloody liquidy poop. My stomach hurts so much and I can't even think straight. Could it have any connection to the excedrin that I have taken in the past few weeks?
