Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
PROBLEMS Numbness or extreme tiredness in legs (both legs) and arms (mainly right arm) for over month. Feel like Iâ??ve ran several miles. My right arm is very sore as well as my wrist and right knee. Also have slight tingling in toes on occasion. I have full movement in arms and legs but feel weaker than normal. Numbness around mouth that comes and goes. Overall fatigue. I feel just exhausted. Itâ??s harder to concentrate and stay on task. I get cranky more and have less patience than before. Itâ??s like my blood is not circulating correctly. Also pain in the lower back and occasional pain on the rip cage area. My discomfort keeps me from sleeping well at night. Lost weight without dieting or trying to. Been drinking ensure plus just to maintain weight. Been experiencing ED as well. Works sometimes better than others but not often. The drive is very much decreased recently as well. Iâ??m currently taking the IBS medicine Dicyclomine. I also take a one daily multi vitamin. HISTORY No medical history at all until the past three months. Went to doctor for dirarhea and upset stomach. Got prescribed IBS medicine. After not getting any better for a month or so I went to another Dr., who Iâ??ve been using as my regular doctor. He prescribed Dicyclomine. I also had both a Colonoscopy as well as a stomach ct-scan. Both came back normal. Iâ??ve been taking the IBS medicine since and have had little stomach issues the past few months. About two months ago I felt numbness in my right arm and leg. Also felt some chest pain. Had a MRI brain scan done and it was normal. Also had an EKG of the heart done just in case and it was fine. Which was later confirmed by a specialist who also performed an Echo. Had another doctor tell me I need a back adjustment. Got one but it didnâ??t help. I have a bunch of blood work done. My thyroid, diabetes etc have been checked. I can't live like tihs. What next?
