What Causes Low Sperm Count Even After Taking Medication?
iam 34 0ld man.one year back my total count 28 million.mrtility 30%.and i taken tab fematoid..after 6 month again checked.but no.change.after scaning varicocele operatin also done.after 3 month again checked.but.same count level.not incresing.now iam using coq forte also.what is the problem now?

Hope you have been seen by an andrologist. If the varicocele is corrected find out other causes of hormonal issues or medical condition.
If the count is not improving without any correctable causes go ahead with ART procedures.
