If low sperm count is because of varicocele then surgical correction necessary.... If low testestorone or hormonal problem is there treatment for it given...along with zinc supplementation.... Vitamin and mineral deficiency has to be ruled out....and treated accordingly.... If still count low in repeated semen report after treatment then assisted reproductive technology has to be used. In which sperm extracted from semen and transfer in female tube or in cervix artificially .... In vitro fertilization is also one option.. Consult to andrology clinic for this.... Take care
