HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, unless it is the confirmed case of bacterial infection condition can not be treated with antibiotic, but the most common cause of throat symptom is allergic condition and second is viral condition and in both of these it takes little more time and seldom needs any specific treatment because it is the self limiting condition, at the most throat lozengis can be taken with saline water gargling, throat examination would be another way to confirmed the underlying causes hope this information helps.
