What Causes Light Bleeding,headache,nausea And Stomach Cramps?

Hi about 2 weeks ago i had my period that lasted 5 days from taking provera for six days which it was normal and last tuesday i started habing brown spotting and last friday it was light bleeding until today and i woke up with headache nausea and a bit of fever and ofcourse cramping what could it be

every thing is normal. your cramp and nausea may be due to gastritis.take omiprazole and uni enzyme. bland veg diet avoid smoking and alcohol.,
