What Causes Lack Of Appetite With Loose Stools And Bad Odor?

Returned from Mauritius Friday 11/02/11 morning with flu like symptoms with temp of 38c. The fever comes and goes but also have abdominal cramps with extended abdomin. Unable to eat due to feeling sick have not had bowel movement since Thursday 10/02/11 in which i had to visist to the bathroom 4 times due to an overwelming earge to visit. On all 4 occassions the bowel movments were very loose and not pleasent to smell, I did take LOPERAMIDE twice to help. I have also taken 1 HYOSCINE BUTYLBEOMIDE Saturday 12/02/11 I am still suffering with the cramps and fever, please advise if i should now attend the walk in centre

It is possible intestine infection through contamination via food or liquids ingested during Mauritius tour. Needs support of GI-specific antibiotics with anti-diarrheal medications a prescription with your doctor.
