What Causes High BP With Shortness Of Breath?
I m a 20 year old male weigh about 280 I ve had high BP for the past 10 years I m pretty active but I don t really work out. Recently I ve been having chest pains where my heart would be & I ve been having heart beat disruptions. I ll be doing nothing around the house & my heart will start pounding beating fast I ll have a little shortness of breath & it s constant for a few minutes but never worsens I just wanted to see how serious my symptoms were & what I should do? I ve read that heart disruptions can lead to cardiac arrest or sometimes sudden death which is why I m concerned.

I think at this age high BP is a matter of concern could be a secondary hypertension for which have to get evaluated properly with and endocrinologist .. Please do get thyroid hormone profile , echo cardiogram, lipid profile.. Cut down your salt intake and reduce your weight .. Do take more of green leafy vegetables, fruits s and oats.. Do exercise atleast walk for 1 hour or play games .. Do contact us with all the reports thank you and happy new year ..
