What Causes Frequent Urination, Stomach Pain And Light Vaginal Spotting?

In the last month I Have had indegestion for two weeks everyday it has gone away now then i started feeling quite sick in the mornings around 9-10 oclock same time everyday. I have had frequent urination, stomach pains, headaches i am currently taking the pill (Levlen Ed) but have missed several in the last two months. I am wondering if I am pregnant or just worried? I missed my period then had a very light one for two days then went away then two weeks later had light spotting for a day and nothing since. I have since stopped taking my pill to see if i can get my period but it hasnt come. Am I pregnant or could it be something else?

After going through your question, I am of the opinion that:
1)Missing several pills and having unprotected sexual intercourse can definitely lead to pregnancy.
2) Even if it is not pregnancy, irregular pills can cause a wide range of symptoms due to hormonal imbalance.
3) Frequent urination, stomach pain, spotting and most importantly, missed periods are all signs of pregnancy.
4) My suggestion is that you get a home urine pregnancy test done. If that is negative, you can go for a blood test called serum beta HCG too after a few days if you have still not got periods.
5) I strongly advise you to either take pills regularly or do not take them at all and use some other methods of birth control in future if you are not pregnant this time.
