What Causes Dull Pain In The Lower Abdomen With Green Discharge?

Hi I'm 27 year old female. For years I have had a dull ache in my lower right abdomen. I have also had a green/discharge on and off during this time aswell. Sometimes it's a normal colour sometimes clear/White, sometimes I would pass large amounts of mucous. I have had a transvaginal ultrasound, doc says nothing wrong with me. My smears are normal. Ive had no historical medical problems. I mentioned to the doc that my husband and I are trying to conceive, he said he sees no difficulty but to me this isn't normal, please help.

Dear most common cause of green vaginal discharge is a sexually transmitted infection known as trichomoniasis. The discharge often has a foul odor and is typically more yellowish-green than pure green. Intercourse and urination may cause discomfort, and the genital area may be itchy. Pelvic pain may also occur but is not common. many other bacteria for infection like gonococcus , Chlamydia and herpes etc...


cap.doxycycline 100mg twice a day for five days,tab.metrogyl400mg thrice a day for five days.if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.
